As a parent, teacher, career practitioner, and educator, I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges students face in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing world. The current educational model often falls short in adequately preparing our youth for their future. Counselors carry heavy caseloads, parents are eager to support but unsure how to navigate the complex landscape, and administrators are juggling countless responsibilities. In this chaos, students can easily slip through the cracks.

That’s why I developed the four-phase roadmap, a tool that combines my expertise as a Certified Professional Resume Writer, a Global Career Development Facilitator, and my Fortune 500 recruiting experience with my years as a teacher and Career Coach.
