Students will

  • Create their personalized VISA. This document will come from students’ work in Phase 1. This can be used as a guidance tool for student support.

Phase 2

Students will

  • Complete a Career/Personality Assessment with Feedback
  • Create a 30 Second Commercial (SHINE)
  • Conduct an Informational Interview
  • Cultivate employer relations through a job shadow

Phase 3

Students will

  • Finalize an ATS-friendly and cutting-edge Resume with feedback
  • Experience Mock Interview and One-way Interview with Feedback
  • Create a Digital Portfolio
  • Build a Life Roadmap

For Phase 4

After the completion of the 12 modules, the final phase involves advanced accountability.

INVESTNU:

Provides a year-long virtual group coaching cohort.

Guardian:

Parents/guardians receive an INU Support Guide.

Community:

Each student receives a mentor in the community.
